      Description of Teflubenzuron 95%TC:
      Pure Teflubenzuron is solid. As a kind of low toxic pesticide, Teflubenzuron is widely used in the world. Its main features are as follows:
      1. A new kind of formyl phenyl urea pesticide, which is without the inner absorption function
      2. Has the functions of stomach poison and contact poison
      3.Solubility (20～23℃):
      --In water: 0.02mg/L;
      --In organic solvents: in acetone—10g/l, in cyclohexanone---20g/l, in DMSO---66g/l, in ethanol—1.4g/l, in hexane---50mg/l, in toluene—850mg/l.
      4. Toxicity:
      --Low toxic to fish and birds, non-toxic to bees and safe for crops.
      -- Without any stimulation to the eye of rabbit;
      -- The acute oral toxicity of rat is LD50>5000mg/kg,
      --The acute percutaneous toxicity of rat is LD50>2000mg/kg
      --The experiment in mammalian cells approves this product is without mutagenicity
      --As for carp and trout, their LC50 are both more than 500mg/l.
      Application of Teflubenzuron 95%TC:
      With the high efeiciency of contact poison, Teflubenzuron is mainly used to kill the lepidoptera and coleoptera pests which are resistant to organic phosphorus and pyrethroids, and it should be used in the egg stage and the young larvae period. However, it is invalid to the sucking-type pests like leafhopper, planthopper and aphids, etc.
